We are a creative and marketing agency that works with established brands, and we are looking for a remote Senior Account Manager / Delivery Lead to oversee client communication and internal delivery.
As the agency continues to grow, we need to strengthen our delivery team. This role exists to own the system from client brief, to creator, to client approval, and ensure everything runs smoothly without constant founder involvement.

Experience managing clients within a marketing or creative agency environment
A good eye for detail when it comes to graphic design and video content
A personality that can work well with a range of people, including clients and creatives
A good listener, able to understand client needs and translate them into clear briefs
A willingness to learn and improve, with an interest in refining systems and processes
Flexibility is key, as no two clients or delivery cycles are the same
Managing day-to-day communication with clients
Owning the delivery process from brief, to creator, to client approval
Liaising with designers and editors to ensure work is delivered clearly and on time
Preparing and delivering clear month-end reports for clients
Identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships through trust, retention, and testimonials
